Government agencies are always permitted to inspect the facilities for compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

Reducing our environmental footprint by investing in resource conservation and efficiency across the water, energy, chemicals, and waste.
Effluent Treatment Plant is installed and most of the water used in our production is recycled water.
Our effective rainwater harvesting system enables us to depend less on state water supply to make up for our remaining water requirements.
We use Non-Toxic Dyes & Chemicals for our dyeing process to prevent pollution and to keep the wearer safe from any allergens.
A great amount of our products are made of GOTS certified cotton and we always promote the use of organic cotton in our production.

Workers Welfare :-
Canimara fulfills all statutory requirements as per local Labor Laws.
All payments of mandated wages, overtime allowances, additional legal benefits, and payments are promptly made.
There is no child labor, forced labor, involuntary labor, bonded labor or any such practices that go against laws and natural justice
No form of physical, sexual, psychological, verbal or other harassment or abuse is allowed in the workplace or lodgings provided by the Company
There is no discrimination on the basis of caste, class, country, political or religious beliefs, gender, age, or any other distinction.
Workers Safety:-
Fire exits, Extinguishers, Smoke Detectors and Regular Fire training for our Staff
First Aid Boxes, Sanitizers placed throughout the unit.
Safety Equipment such as masks, gloves, etc is provided to each and every working staff according to their day to day work safety requirements.
All Workers are provided safe RO treated drinking water and an in house canteen facility is available where food is cooked in a hygienic environment.
